Who Are Your Colleagues?

I'm Desley, one of the three chefs at Blushing. I’ve been with Blushing for eight years, and it feels like a second home. On busy days, we work as a team of 2 to 3 chefs in the kitchen, ensuring that everyone dining in the restaurant or on the terrace enjoys a high-quality and delicious meal. My creative input is appreciated in developing beautiful new dishes.


I'm Ilse, the head chef of Blushing Blaricum. I've been involved with the menu and the business since its opening. As a head chef, I provide a lot of freedom and believe that great dishes result from teamwork and passion; together, we turn every plate into a work of art.


As an independent chef, you’ll be working in the open kitchen, where we make a lot of items from scratch during our shifts, such as homemade ice cream, brownies, banana bread, sauces, and other delights.
